Meet Your
Not-So-Secret Agents of Order

Hi, I’m Rita.
I’m a global corporate marketer turned creativity coach, writer, and serial entrepreneur. I've lived everywhere from Miami to France to Israel, and no matter where I land, I love helping people uncover the potential that's been hiding under their clutter all along.
For me, getting organized isn’t just a task—it’s a launchpad. Before I start anything new, I clear the chaos so I can focus. I’ve heard so many people say: “Once I get organized, I’ll finally ___.” I’ve lived that feeling of being stuck, and there’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone light up once we clear that hurdle together.
As the daughter of immigrant and Holocaust survivor parents, I also learned firsthand how important it is to preserve meaningful stories and keepsakes while letting go of what no longer serves us.
I believe that when your space is reset, your life starts to reset too—making room for creativity, passion, and purpose to flow. Yes, we’re sorting through stuff—but really, we’re making room for what’s next: the new idea, the new job, the new home, the new chapter. Organizing can be about tidying up, but often it’s really about creating space for the legacy you want to leave behind.

Hi, I’m Amber.
I’ve moved more times than I can count—across countries, coasts, and colleges. From England and Israel to California and Georgia, I’ve learned how to make any space feel like home—and, more importantly, how to make it work well.
At one point, I lived in a 950-square-foot house with my husband, three kids, a baby, a dog, and a cat. So yes, I know a thing or two about maximizing small spaces and staying sane while doing it.
Organizing has always been my go-to for calming the chaos. It’s how I clear my head, reset my energy, and make room—mentally and physically—for what really matters. After working in everything from corporate offices to running my own lice removal service (yes, really!), I’ve seen it all. Not much fazes me, and nothing is too shocking.
Now, as a nearly empty-nester with five grown kids, a couple of dogs, and a cat one of the kids mysteriously forgot to take when he moved out, what I love is helping people through the messy, transitional phases of life. My organizing philosophy is simple: done is better than perfect—and sometimes a little help can get you through it.
